After overcoming significant delays, the MRI scanner is now operational, with protocol setup completed, including high-resolution test images acquired. Wild-type pigs are expected by the end of May for data collection starting in June, with FSHD pigs to follow. We're finalizing biopsy fiducial details to ensure correspondence between histology, DUX4, and MRI data, with atlas generation to begin in earnest in the summer of 2024.
