"We work on 3' end processing of RNA Polymerase II transcripts, in particular I focus on mRNA 3'end processing. We use molecular biology techniques to generate reporters to assay mRNA 3'end processing (cleavage and polyadenylation, transcription termination) in human cells and in in vitro processing cell extracts.
